Whenever I refresh an active survey it automatically adds 1 count to the incomplete responses field under Response Summary. Is there a way to stop adding 1 whenever someone refreshes their browser without using tokens.

Hi! Whenever I refresh the browser. I dont have a URL yet its still here in my PC runing in XAMPP. It happened to all my surveys runing under Limesurvey 3.23.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to solve my problem. It went back to normal after I removed the comment I placed on the exit and clear survey on the clearall_links.twig.
