I'm trying to get the start date of the survey when sending an email, but I can't find the placeholder that brings this information. I only found {VALIDFROM}, but I wish I wasn't assigning valid from to every user.
But, as this date is the same for all respondents (unlike the token valid date), you can easily just put the date, it doesn't change for the respondents.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
