yes, this is the default display.
If the question is mandatory the value is - of course - "0".
Therefore it will not affect any statistical value.
Only in case the question is not mandatory you get values >0 here, that affect the percentages (if you intend to calculate percentages only for valid responses - what in my opinion is not usual, as the number of "no answer" might be real important)
And the "No mostrada" shows the number of cases where the question was not displayed because of relevance.
It will be a bit difficult to change the text, because it is a simple HTML table and the number of rows differs (as long as you don't hack the source code).
But nevertheless: This built in so called statistic is only for a rough overview during the fieldwork. In no case to do your real analysis of your survey. Here you use something like SPSS, PSPP, R, Janovi, Jasp, or even EXCEL, OpenOffice.
