I have options questions in my survey that only use images (question design = image_select).

When I send the response e-mail to the participant it would be great if I could make a replacement for "option 1" to "great that you chose this bla bla bal" and if "option 2" was chosen "some other text"

The only thing that I found out was {INSERTANS:389855X1369X14538} which gave me the url to the images I was using for the options.

don't use this "outdated" INSERTANS stuff.

Use "Expression Manager/Script".

Like this:
{if(Q1==1,"You selected picture ABC","You selected picture DEF")}

For other users who might face the same problem.
If your values are not numbers you need quotation marks.

{if(Q1=="1a","You selected picture ABC","You selected picture DEF")}

And the Q1 is the code that you entered when you created the question in your survey. (I first tried the id of the question and put the q in front of the id :blink: )

And the expression validation works only after saving your code ...
