Hello!
Can I make all user responses public?
I would like everyone to see other people's answers as well.
I would also like to censor (with asterisks) any unpolite words.
Thanks

You can have public statistics, but this only shows the closed questions and also only aggregated. If you want to show the response of each respondent to all other respondents, you will need to code something yourself (plugin, or a complete standalone script) and you also need to clarify if this is legally OK, due to data protection laws. Can I make all user responses public?

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

And please do not cross post.
Do not post in two parts (English and Italian) at the same time.
