Is it possible to disable the dropdown or radio list answer if that answer was selected in previous response.

Lets suppose a newly created survey has radio list Question as below

Question: Please select your time slot

A1 = 08:00 to 10:00
A2 = 10:00 to 12:00
A3 = 12:00 to 14:00

So in first response a user has selected A1 as per his availability then in next response A1 answer should not be visible to disabled

LimeSurvey is not offering answerrelevance fields, only subquestion relevance fields (which is multiplechoice). For your single choice drop down you will need to apply a workaround. If you only have a few items, you might create a question for every situation. If you have many items, there might be a solution via Javascript.
You should state what exact version of LimeSurvey you use. That is important to provide working workarounds.

For list(radio) you may use the workaround by inserting a (hidden) question of type multiple (M1), checking the respective subquestion by an (hidden) equation.
This question you use as array exclusion filter for your second list(radio).
