LimeSurvey is not offering answerrelevance fields, only subquestion relevance fields (which is multiplechoice). For your single choice drop down you will need to apply a workaround. If you only have a few items, you might create a question for every situation. If you have many items, there might be a solution via Javascript.
You should state what exact version of LimeSurvey you use. That is important to provide working workarounds.
