Timings show NAs: bug and workaround? was created by gorp
Hi,
I ran a study on Limesurvey Version 4.2.6+200602; I had the option save timing. The exported data file include the Timing variables, however only NAs show up.
When I go to Timing Statistics I can see that the timing has been saved ONLY on question group level.
I've tried to export csv, R and excel formats and the same is happening.
(In addition, I can only get 10 rows to show up at the same time; the 100 rows option does not work and I've tried in both Firefox and Chrome using Mac).
Is this a bug or is there any workaround to at least get these group level timings in a format so that I can analyse it?
Thanks,
Gorp

Hi, Gorp,
and you did display "question by question"?
If you displayed "group by group" there will be no timings for individual questions.
And the columns for these (question) timings are in the answer table because you are able to change the display mode while a survey is active.
The other issue: If you can reproduce this in the actual version 4.3.14 it seems to be a bug.
