No surprise. Tableau is quite pricey, especially when you need more than one access. The combination Limesurvey/Tableau is probably not the most common one. Especially if you choose Limesurvey especifically because you can install it on your server (most probably to keep control over your data), it doesn't make much sense to use Tableau do analyze and visualize your data.
Also, I guess that many LS users are also using it because of budget restrictions. Then Tableau probably is also not the very first choice. Not saying that the Limesurvey/Tableau doesn't make sense, it is just not the most common combination, so few people probably look into this.
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
