Hello, I want to create questions which are like two ends of one spectrum. i.e., one extreme (statement) to the left and another extreme statement to the right. And on that scale, the respondent has to choose one option. Please see attached pic.

I am OK if it is a radio button, or slider. Is it possible to do this within LS?
I did look around a little, but didn't find an exact solution.

Thanks in advance for your help! :)
