Hi,
I'm trying to import participants to limesurvey and I get following error. My table contains Arabic ( more precise Persian) characters that when I import , they are clanged to question mark.
These are steps that I tried with no success:
in myphpadmin, I set encode to uft8-unicode-ci
when importing i set to uft8 unicode.
The error I'm getting :
500: Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1267 Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_unicode_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='
