I am using Limesurvey to collect information for package delivery time on a per-country basis with a very simple 2-questions survey.

Is there a way to allow other people to filter the survey responses on a public webpage, per selected country? I must say I am not a programmer.

For now, I am just displaying all the survey results in an iframe, but due to a long list of countries, it is difficult to follow. Besides, the graphic shows the responses per ALL countries, which might not be relevant for those residing in a specific country.

I wish there had been a way to allow simplified filters in a third party public webpage.

Thank you!

We have no idea how that webpage was programmed. It is outside of the scope of this forum.

Additionally please remove links to your website.

I have deleted the links. I only placed them for exemplification, not for other reasons.

As for the scope of the forum... I believe it is a pertinent question: is there a way to allow a user to filter survey responses on a public page?

If the question is not pertinent, let me know and I will delete the entire topic.

Thank you.

Again, we have no idea how you coded that webpage - via API, via direct SQL queries...

If it is not in LimeSurvey, it is not LimeSurvey code.

- It is just WordPress.
- The general content is HTML.
- The actual survey results are displayed in an iframe - it is just the public side if responses of the survey. They are inserted between content HTML.
- My Limesurvey instance is the free version, so it is not hosted on a local server.

I thought a filter page could be displayed in the same way. Such a web page could be the filter plugin.

I am on the basic side of the usage of Limesurvey. I just want to give visitors the option to filter the results of the survey on a third-party page.

The actual survey results are displayed in an iframe

How? With the public results page?

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Yes.

I had the link to that page, but was requested to delete it from the first post. Maybe it was considered inapropriate?!...

The short answer is no, you cannot filter results inside an iframe from the top page without significant coding.

I agree. Some coding is necessary.

I would do a wordpress plugin that would:
1 - Connect to the LS instance API
2 - Get results
3 - Show them

All in some kind of shortcode to be inserted wherever you need.

That sounds exactly like a very good idea. If you decide to put such a plugin to the market, please let me know. Thank you.
