I am using limesurvey to do away with paper in my office.
we used to have many forms on paper. now we use limesurvey.
some people have asked me if they can look up a specific reply (i.e.: by order number or telephone) and edit it.

If they have access to the backend, yes. There is the list of responses and you can also do manual data entry and also change data.
