I am wondering if it is possible in LS to display the Survey responses from text type questions in somehow fancy way. If possible all the responses on one page in different colors. Currently I need to export the answers. I hope I am not asking much.

Where do you want to display them? Also, keep in mind that generally answers to open ended questions need to be revised before display to a broader public, as they can contain personal information of the respondents, which you generally should not show, even if the respondents posted them themselves.

But, there seems to be a WordCloud plugin for 3.x and 4.x in the LimeStore (never used it, thus I don't know what it exactly does, how it works, etc.):

I do agree with your argument regarding the integrity of information put by respondents.
My surveys are being conducted with in the team, so restricted. I was thinking of showing the responses from participants when we select show the responses.

I am running my own server and I am wondering if the plugin that you mentioned can be installed. I have never tried installation before. Please share your knowledge of how to do it, if that is possible.

may we have an example how you want to display these open answers.

In my opinion the WordCloud is not suitable for this.
It shows the frequency of each single word.

At the moment LimeSurvey does not provide anything else than the "statistics".

So you should consider to program a small application like a dashboard, that queries the surveys database wither directly or by the API.

After reading the thread that you mentioned, I am able to see the issues that comes with WordCloud. It will not solve that I am looking for. Thanks for your input.

I will just give a try to wordcloud and see how it works.
