My email invitation template is very simple:
Dear {FIRSTNAME},Please click on the link below to complete questions.
{SURVEYURL}
If you do not want to answer the questions and don't want to receive any more invitations please click the following link:{OPTOUTURL}
If you decide you want to answer the questions and want to receive invitations please click the following link:{OPTINURL}
But when the invitation arrives in someone's inbox, it looks like this (the HTML isn't "rendered"):

How can I fix this?
