Is manual decryption of survey fields (using valid keys) possible?

Hi - I have a problem with a survey I have created, where a couple of encrypted fields are not correctly being decrypted within the Limesurvey UI when I'm looking at responses.
This has been logged as bug ID 16330

Until this issue is resolved, is there any way that I can use the keys I have in security.php, and the encrypted data which I can extract from the DB response table, to decrypt these fields manually?
CLI-based suggestions would probably be more practical than web-based ones for my skill set, but anything would be appreciated!
Regards
Phil
