I don't know what you mean by "set up a formula" but here is a custom question theme for Net Promoter Score - github.com/tpartner/LimeSurvey-Net-Promoter-Score

Thanks, but when I upload the theme than I recieve this message; Error: Can't find a manifest for Net-Promoter-Score in ' /home/vhosts/familiedamen.net/subdomains/nps/httpdocs/themes/survey/Net-Promoter-Score/ '

What I mean with Formula is that LimeSurvey automatically calculate the NPS.

Did you follow the instructions in the readme file? It is a custom question theme, do not try to upload it as a survey theme.

You can't calculate the net promoter score automatically, because this would require access to ALL other responses, which you can't really do with Limesurvey. Maybe in the LS4 there might be an option, but where do you want to use / see the NPS? This would only make sense in the analysis/reporting section, where you can't customize the output anyway.

Singlechoice-question with answers 0-10

Three categories depending on the answer:
Promoters (9-10),Passives (7-8) and Detractors (0-6)

NetPromoterScore (NPS) = Percentage of promoters - (minus) percentage of detractors

With statCountIf the count against a certain value to get promoters and detractors seems possible
With statCount the count of the base for percentage seems possible.

I had a quick look at the link (well, there isn't much anyway, so of course it was quick... ;-) ).

So the calculation of the NPS, as Jelo says, might be possible with this new feature in LS4 (haven't tried it yet, really need to get around and install LS 4.x to play around - task for this week, after I moved my old installations to a new server).

But there is still the question, where do you want to show this? Because with the StatFunctions you can show it within your survey. You could even save it into the database. But what then? You'll get a new calculation for each respondent, the correct one would then be the one saved with the newest response...

How do you want to display this?

Many new users would expect a dashboard system, which can be shared via URL with optional protection (password or dashboard user-accounts).
In the SaaS space LimeSurvey is competing with not that uncommon.
When I would be be visiting LimeSurvey.org as a newbie, I would expect the same.

I would also love to have a dashboard that allows to create a results page that I can configure and people can access via password.
But it does not exist. So you would have to create your own. Still looking into platforms that are open source and can do that (and are reasonably easy to configure...).
