Thought before about changing the question type to "multiple choice", so voter can choose whatever he identify himself with.
But I'll not be able to use "Else" in that type of question.

The problem with this list is that one doesn't necessarily exclude the other. I could easily have Communism or Fascism within a democracy. Just because in history it hasn't happend, you could still have the concept of Comunism with democratic stuctures.

If it's not enough, then what can be done, changing it to multi choice?

monarchy
dictatorship
...

The other items are more related to "left wing - right wing" inside one of these systems.

So:
Limit it to the "left - right" question without including a political system.
This you can do easily by a semantic differential or even a slider
