I want to insert a text element after each question. It should explain which answer is correct and why. It is very crucial for my survey. Is this possible? If yes, how? I use the drag and drop version to make my survey, not coding.

there is the question type "text display".
Put it after your question.
Here you may explain what ever you want.
You may use ExpressionManager/Script to pipe the given answer.
You may use it to display different types of explanations depending on the given answer, ...
And you may hide this if the given answer was correct by relevance equation.
