We've recently noticed that on our surveys we are having some issues with a panel integration parameter being lost, this parameter is used to collect ID's specific to responses which have come from our panel providers.
For example : http://providerhost/index.php/369498?lang=en&LSid=xxxxxx
And the LSid is stored in a hidden response
However, users are able to complete our survey in multiple languages using the language switcher and we believe the issue occurs when they switch language it effectively starts a new instance of the survey using our URL rather than the providers URL and losing the “&LSid=xxxxxx"
For example : http://localhost/index.php/369498?lang=fr
Is there a way to keep both the providers’ refURL and the Panel Integration parameter on a language switch ?
