Exporting questions and logic into TXT not working

Exporting questions and logic into TXT not working was created by havehe8665
I am trying to export my questions and logic into a tab separated file (TXT) using the export tool. However, when I look inside of the file the questions are not exported.

Can anyone recommend a possible solution?
