Is it possible to change the description of a user theme?

1. Edit config.xml : in FTP or when export as zip

It is actually the same theme as far as the system is concerned. Themes are applied by names, not IDs.

As far as I know, the surveys should keep the theme as long as they are not edited while the theme is missing - but you need to test this.

You can't upload a theme that already exist, then need to delete previous one, this set all survey to default theme (if i remind).

So others have noticed that too. Also having a common update system for both plugins and themes sounds good. Personally this one is not important, just wanted to know if I am blind or the system is really missing this feature.
