I'm trying to conditional change the admin email and smtp username, where based on an earlier question. Is it possible?

For example, there is a question:
Your email: a. Gmail b. others

If the answer is gmail, I would like to change the admin email and smtp configuration according to gmail.

Only way : create a plugin
