I don't know what it could be

I was using Version 2.50+ Build 160414 and in this I had no problem uploading the files.

Now what I updated to Version 3.17.5 + 190604 is where I present this error.

I don't know if it has something to do with the PHP version of the page, the one I currently use is the
5.6.40

I tell you that I updated my PHP version to version 7.2.29 and even updated the LS version to
4.1.18

but I still can't upload the image, now only the page is shaded and it doesn't allow me to go any further.

What I can be doing wrong?
