I installed version 4.1.15+200402, created users "user1" and "user2", and from global settings set "Group member can only see own group:" to off. Now I logged in as user1, made a survey and give user2 all permissions. And user2 can modify survey text elements like the description, but can not modify questions nor question groups. Save-button is not even visible.

Is this a big bug, or have I understood something wrong?

The related right (by survey)
seems to be «Permission to create/view/update/delete/import/export the questions, groups, answers & conditions of a survey»

If it's checked : seems there are an issue. Please report :)

user1 and user2 has exactly same permissions when I look the survey as admin.
