Are the different people using the same computer/tablet or different devices?
If yes, you could work with End-URL to forward them to another survey.
If not, you could try to use confirmation/notification emails with links to the next survey.
But both depends a bit on your workflow
My ideas are probably not the best ones (both ways won't use the SAME survey for the different people, but I don't see the advantage of that), but these would be my solutions if I only use the built-in functions.
