When it comes to the SaaS version of Limesurvey, you are better off to open a support ticket directly with Limesurvey GmbH. They don't always look here into the forum.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
