J'ai un abonnement basic et mon questionnaire est activé. Je voudrais passer à un abonnement "expert". Est ce que mon questionnaire va être désactivé ?

I don't think your questionnaire will be deactivated. Your account probably just gets more features. However, to be completely sure, I would open a support ticket by clicking on "Support" in the top navigation. Because at the end of the day, only the support of Limesurvey GmbH who is responsible for these packages will be able to give you a definite answer regarding this.
So please write to them. They might read this here, but your chances are probably better with a support ticket.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
