update ckeditor was created by Limuss

Hi everyone!

It's possible to update a higher version of Ckeditor in Limesurvey?

I use Limesurvey Version 3.17.3+190429 with Ckeditor 4.7.3 but this Ckeditor version is insecure

(ref: snyk.io/test/npm/ckeditor/4.7.3?tab=issues )

I tried to download and install higger version (such as 4.12.1) but i loose some functionalities, by example change font size, font color

Please, any recomendations will be well received.
