I cannot find the setting to switch of "mandatory" for all questions at once.

I appreciate a hint on where I find this setting item.

I found it accidentally.

For others
List questions, select which question you want to change. You can select all.
Open the menu on the left bottom corner of the list of questions and change the mandaroy settings
