Permission to create new users was created by Iskandar_r
Hi! I need help.
Why user can't add new users?
I added a new user and gave him access to add new users, but he cannot add new users.

so that he can add new users, I need to check all the checkboxes in the "users" line, but in this case the new user can view the list of all users

My opinion : there are no real owner system on user. Must be implemented.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. - Professional support - Plugins, theme and development .
