Respondents are requested to type text that describe events in their lives. After entering this text, they are requested to specify the date (mmyyyy) at which the event took place. Then they are asked if they want to add another event. If not, the survey ends. If they do, then the abovementioned sequence repeats itself until the respondent does not wish to add anymore events.
How can I do this with LimeSurvey?

You will need to create the maximum question groups allowed and hide/show them via group relevance.
