Concerning the upload, the signature photo was uploaded at /surveyid/files/, but not in /upload.

The file is there, but it's stocked without any extension …

For the queXML PDF format, it shows the JS script at the place of the photo "Click on the Signature to take a sign
$(document).ready(function..etc..."

For export HTML,PDF, it shows what's in the database such as : "[{"title":"","comment":""...etc..."}] !

For the overview response, "Sorry, this file has not been found." when i try to open it… any idea ?

@queXML: Please file a bug report and attach a sample survey and queXML PDF. That has to be fixed within Limesurvey.

@response overview: Please contact support@offlinesurveys.com and hand them the link to your survey as well as Limesurvey login details so they can have a look.

@queXML I think it's because the file is not being stocked at the right place or something...

@response overview ok i'll send a mail to them regarding those questions

Well, write an email/private message her to Mazi and explain that you have sent an email, but have never received any feedback. Maybe it didn't get through to them, who knows.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

What is the domain/email you are using for sending those emails? What was the subject?
