How can I disable a radio option, and indent a few subsequent items?

I have a list radio type question for religious belief. In the the middle of the possible options is an option called Christian, with several sub-options. Christian is to the "heading", and i'd like the following 6 options beneath it to be indented, and they should be selectable. The 7th and onward would not be indented, and would be selectable.

I've attached the lsq.

Any way this can be done?

Can you attach a small sample survey (.lss file) containing only the relevant question so the volunteers here don't have to spend time creating surveys.
