In the NGO that I work we want to do a survey in which in the first section the users fill in their basic personal data and in the second section the doctor fills in the laboratory results of that user.
Limesurvey is not specifically made for this type of approach.
However, if you use tokens and the doctor knows the token of the respondent, you can token based response response persistence. In this case the patient (?) fills the first part, stops, then the doctor can use the same link/token and continue where the patient has left of. However, there is no real way the respondent might not proceed after the personal data and fill the rest. Or maybe you could include a short text question and use it like a password input. It would be the same password for all surveys, but it should help to keep the patients from continuing.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
