In my survey, I have created a question to track logged in user later in my response. Currently this is created as short text box for user to manually enter their user ID.
Question:
Is it possible to automatically get logged-in user ID from their current session and auto populate the same in text box using js or expression manager solution?

we have unique user ID for each user and this user ID is used for LDAP Authentication. This user ID is login ID for all users. So while someone take the survey, is it possible to auto populate the loginID/userID from login session to a text box in questionaire?
Not sure if possible as login is not needed for answering. Still, if possible, a plugin would solve it. I am thinking a plugin similar to the ldap auth, but for questions

Now if your survey takers are also admins, they might actually be logged into Limesurvey. However, it is not necessary to take the survey.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
