Hello, I would like to display the firstname and lastname fields that are imported into LimeSurvey. How would I be able to do that?

TOKEN:xxx - the value of a TOKEN (e.g. TOKEN:FIRSTNAME, TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_5) (Only for NOT anonymous survey).
