I want to let user be able to download a file during the survey by clicking a button (E.g "download file"). This file could be one of the files stored in the "Resources" of that survey. I'm planning to upload files using the remote control API call upload_file .

Is there anyway to let a participant download a file (for example one stored in the "Resources") during a survey? They won't upload anything, only download.

API call upload_files is done for Response / participant uploaded files.

I don't think you have a function for this currently.

You can create a new function if you really need, or just upload the way you want on another systeml and put a direct link …
