Usually images in Emails are NOT included directly in the email (e.g. as an attachement), but rather as a image on a server, just like on a website. So ideally you upload your image to your server and then put the link to this image.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
But : it must be on your server, and you must update the url to be a relative url.
This is easy if you don't use subdirectory, most hard if you use subdirectory (image are not show in editor)
