I have a question of type "Long text"

Under display I selected "Always hide this question"

I don't see this question any more under:
-Structur
-Settings > List of questions

Searching the manual did not reveal a hint. It seems that items like "Display" are not yet described or I am a bit blind.

How can I un-hide this question?

«Always hide this question» is done to hide the question during survey , not in admin part … See www.limesurvey.org/manual/Question_type_...uestion_.28hidden.29

Then
1. You limesurvey version and build number ?
2. Test with unlog, login to see if question reappear
3. Try to create a question with same code (code are checked : it muts show it's already exist).

Additional observation: After I started to type the answer here, I click "Thank you" and after the screen refreshed, I ended up in the German version. No problem for me because I understand German.

logout- login - I did this even cleared history and cache of the browser and started Firefox 66.0.2 (64-bit) on Linux Mint, 17.3 KDE, 64 bit, fully updated. The question did not reappear.

I tried to create a question with the same code, but did not find the orginally used code thus could not provoke a reaction from the system.

As the question does not disappear in the survey, I don't have a problem with it.

If I can help to identify the problem let me know. I could create an .lss file with only this group of questions (2 questions, one is hidden, the other visible).

If you can add the same question code : questions was deleted, not hidden

Just try to hide a question the way you do the 1st time : see if it's happen again.

If you reproduce : write step by step the way to do and try to reproduce on demo .
