Another good reason to make an update/upgrade from your very out of date version of Limesurvey to something more recent. If you don't want to go the 3.x route (new template system, custom templates will not work), then at least go with the fork of Denis for the 2.06 LTS branch.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
