How can participant can reset or remember the Name and Password for resume their partial survey ?

It's a terrible if they can't, because there are a lot of questions

How can participant can reset or remember the Name and Password

a. He cannot "reset"
b. If he doesn't suffer from Alzheimer diesease he might be able to remember.
Therefore there is the option to get these credentials by email.

But YOU can do something:
Start the survey.
"Resume later" and enter a name and password (please, do not forget it)
Go to the database with a tool like "phpMyAdmin", "TOAD", "MySQL Workbench",...
In table "lime_saved_controls" enter change his "access_code" to your "access_code".

If your participant also forgot his entered name and the date and time, ... bad luck.
