I would like to have two sliders with intensity cues and emoticons placed at the two extremities like in the attached example. However, I do not see a way to do this with the multiple numerical input slider option. I found in the archive that in the past a slider with emoticons was available in the 5 choice matrix option but this does not seem to be available any more. Could anybody give me some advice how to do this?
