Hi all!

I have questions like this:

Enter your age:
- [Numeric input textbox]
- DK/DA [Radio/check button with a default code (e.g. 99)]

Y allready tried with 'Radio list + Other' but I don't want two separate codes/variables.

This does not exist as a question type in Limesurvey. I think, if I remember right, Denis (SondagesPro) had a plugin with something like this. But I might be wrong, because I did not find this with a quick search. But it might also not be available anymore.

You might have to join two questions to do what you are trying to do.

There still have some issue with some template in 3.0 … but one of my client using it in 3.X
