Why don't you use the ranking question type? Or multiple choice?

What you want to achieve is quite hard imo (ie, it can't be achieved with the default settings of LimeSurvey).

My advice would be to use expressions in relevance equations. If user selects in the first question answer A, then the second question is displayed with "answers - A". Then your respondent selects C. The next question will be displayed without answers A and C... and so on.

It could be a workaround.

Please also attach an .lss next time with what you wish to achieve.
