I have a question Q1 (radio buttons) with ten(10) possibily answer. Then I have a second question Q2 (check box). My problem is to display a message (i.e. in the Help answer BOX) when (two) specific radio button in Q1 are checked AND when one specific check box is checked in Q2.
Have some one resolved similar issues? Or point me to a specific way of resolution?

You can use expression manager/script for this. The way how you display it depends on what you want to do.
Let's assume you create a text display question with the message. Then you can use the question relevance to show and hide this text display question with the message.
However, there can never be two radio buttons be checked in Q1, radio buttons are alwasy single choice. Or do you mean when one of two specifica radio buttons is checked?

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
