Any insight into why this could happen, and where to look for more information about what specifically causes it?
Occasionally, I have a participant who tries to complete a survey, and we get the following error emailed to the survey admin:
An error occurred saving a response to survey id 342992
DATA TO BE ENTERED: 342992X83X559: A3 342992X83X560: A1 342992X83X561: A1 342992X84X562: A1 342992X84X563: A2 342992X84X564: A2 342992X85X565: N/A
As an update -- scanning down the email, we found the DB query. It is for an update to an existing response. We ran the query directly against the database, and it completed successfully (no errors).
