You might try to enter more than one emailadress via "," or ";". Not sure which is correct.

Not actually (i still working on a new Email Class).

But : gitlab.com/SondagesPro/mailing/eventBeforeTokenEmailExtended is done for this (and others too)
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .

You can enter both addresses in the email field of participant table like:
john.doe@gmail.com;pete999@yahoo.com

Of course it is not, but IMO the result is the same: Both get the mail and both see who was addressed.
But , yes, it's the same name - the name in the participant table.
