I would like to show an informational page about the questions and tips for answers before the user starts taking the questions.

I have the welcome page about the survey. I want to show this informational page after welcome page and before the first group.

I created an empty group with information details in group description. But the survey is not working.

How can it be done?

An empty group will be skipped by LimeSurvey.. Place a text display question in the empty group and put your text inside that questions.

It works. However, there is no back button in the next group. The user can not come back and read the informational/instructions page.

Did you "Allow backward navigation" in the Presentation settings?
