I have three surveys - all identical - two via a list of known names/e-mail addresses the third via an invitation on facebook, followed by a registration to the survey.

Is there a way to register directly to the CPDB?

If there is I could put all the names and addresses into CPDB and this would stop the same people doing the survey twice.
