Navigation, when the Next button is clicked, the screen jumps to the top of the current page, then after a delay the completion bar is updated and then next page is loaded.
Using LS 3.12.3 in IE11/Chrome, when the screen jumps to the top of the current page once the Next button has been clicked, it appears to the user that the next page has been loaded, but it has not and then after a delay the completion bar is updated and then next page is loaded. The fact the at the screen goes to the top once the Next button is clicked gives the impression that the next page has been loaded but it has not, you have to still wait until the next page is actually loaded after.
Is there a way to stop this behaviour: to not to go to the top of the page before the next page is loaded?
Note: In the previous versions before 3.0, this did not happen. The page only refreshed with the next page.
